You play Exorcists, people infected by dark otherwordly forces and given powerful psychic powers than can break all manner of universal laws. Burdened with terrifying power, the covert global organization CAIN has forced you into servitude to do one thing:

Slay SINs, manifestations of people’s worst emotions that are drawn into the world through traumatic events in people’s lives – and keep the lie going that everything isn’t falling apart at the seams. Wear shoes that don’t fit – don’t complain, the last person who wore them didn’t fit them either.
